Change color & position of the feedback button
Here you choose the color and position of your feedback button. You can also hide it completely, which might be useful for people who want to customize the way they integrate Gleap; e.g. not have a widget button, but integrate the feedback tool directly into a menu.
We also offer classic feedback buttons on the side of the page that also say feedback. We do however not recommend using those as experience has shown that the engagement rate is just not as good.
How to disable the feedback button
Go to widget configuration
Change widget position to hidden
Change the logo of the feedback button
Once you have selected where the widget should be placed, you can also change the icon or logo. Simply click on the logo button and select the logo. We support JPG, PNG and SVG.
