You can download invoices for your payments and reactivate a cancelled membership yourself — both take just a few steps.
Log in to Steady: Go to the login page and enter the email address linked to your membership. We’ll send you a 6-digit login code by email — no password needed.
Download your invoices: Open Account → Invoices. Every payment is listed there, and you can download each invoice as a PDF.
Reactivate your membership: Open My Memberships, select the cancelled membership and follow the steps shown to resume it.
