To send outbound emails from Gleap, head to outbound and click on the emails tab. Hit new message and you’re ready to go.
Message templates
Choose if you want to set up an email from scratch or simply select one of our templates to help you get started. The main difference between the two is that we’ve prepared some common email messages in our templates so you don’t have to worry about the wording too much.
Create new message
Once you’ve chosen the right way to go for yourself, you can either start writing or adapting the email you want to send. In our visual email editor you can set a subject and word your message. On the right hand side you can set the sender by choosing from your team members. Also, you can select a template, which basically only changes the way the email will look slightly.
Eventually, all you have to do is set the triggers. But that is a topic for a different help center article.
