In short: there is no password on Steady. So there is nothing to change, reset or forget. Instead we log you in with a one-time code sent to your email.

You receive an email with a 6-digit code.
Enter the code – done.
Each code works once and expires after 30 minutes. If it expires, simply request a new one. In detail: How to log in to Steady.
A password that doesn’t exist cannot be stolen, guessed, or leaked. That makes code-based login safer than a classic password – and there is nothing for you to memorise.
“I’m being asked for a password.” That cannot be a Steady page. Check the address bar – it must end in steady.page. If in doubt, contact us.
“I don’t receive a code.” Check your spam folder (sender: [email protected]) and whether you are using the right email address. More solutions: Login problems.
“My access is locked.” After several wrong codes we temporarily lock the login: “Unusual login attempts” – your login is locked.
“I want to change my email address.” You can do that under Account → Profile. The login code then goes to the new address.
