During holiday periods, organizations may need to communicate modified opening hours or other pertinent notices; Gleap provides an Announcement feature specifically designed to facilitate such communications.
This feature is configured via Settings → Widget → Announcement. Enable the feature by activating the "Show announcement banner" toggle, and specify the content of the notice in the "Announcement message" field.
In practice, the Announcement feature is employed to inform users of changes to support availability or to notify them of service outages.
