The Gleap dashboard is built to be driven from the keyboard. Once you know a handful of these, you can triage an inbox — reply, assign, snooze, close, move on — without touching the mouse.
Press Shift + ? anywhere in the dashboard to open the full list at any time.
⌘ or Ctrl? Shortcuts below are written with ⌘. On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl instead. ⌥ is Alt on Windows and Linux.
Single-key shortcuts only work while browsing. Press R while reading a conversation and the composer opens; press R with your cursor already in the composer and you just type the letter. Nothing is ever stolen from a text field.
Shortcuts apply to the screen they belong to. Conversation shortcuts need a conversation open, board shortcuts need a board. The full list is always available from Shift + ?, even for screens you aren't on.
If you only learn one shortcut, learn this one.

The palette is a searchable list of everything you can do right now. Start typing what you want — "snooze", "assign", "close" — and hit Enter. It covers assigning, snoozing, statuses, priorities, tags, workflows, macros, help center articles, GIFs, attachments, translation, handing a ticket to an AI agent, and jumping to another inbox or board.
It also shows each action's own shortcut next to it, so it teaches you the faster route as you use it.

Reading a list is one thing; using it without looking is another. The dashboard ships with a shortcut trainer — a simulated inbox that gives you a task, starts a clock, and scores you on how fast you answer with the right key.
You'll find it two ways:
Open the shortcuts sheet with Shift + ? and click Practice.
Search for "Practice keyboard shortcuts" in the command palette (⌘ + K).
A run lasts a few minutes and tracks your best score, so it's worth a second go.
Start with three. ⌘ + K, R to reply, and E to archive will already cover most of a triage pass. Add more as you notice yourself reaching for the mouse.
Let the palette teach you. Every action in ⌘ + K shows its own shortcut. Use the palette until the key sticks, then skip the palette.
G is your navigation key. Instead of clicking through the sidebar, press G and type the name of the inbox, board or view you want.
Hover a button to see its shortcut. Most toolbar buttons show their key in the tooltip.
