1. Allow Gleap to access your Atlassian account
Once you choose to connect Gleap to Jira, you will automatically be redirected to Atlassian to authorize your account and allow Gleap access by simply clicking the accept button.
2. Jira configuration
Choose the Jira organization, project and issue type you want your feedback items to be sent to. Secondly, select if you want all reports to automatically be sent to Jira or manually decide which ticket is forwarded.
3. Automatically forward issues to Jira
If you’d like your tickets to automatically appear in your Jira board, too, here are a couple of additional settings. Select the feedback types you want to send to your Jira board. You can choose among our standard types (Bugs, Ratings, Inquiries and Feature requests) or from the custom feedback types you've set yourself. Finally, you can choose if you want duplicates to be sent, too and if you want to change the status of the ticket to done once it’s sent.
Hit save.
4. Start sending feedback issues to your Jira board
Great job, you're now all set 🎉 All of the feedback types you've selected will now automatically be sent to your Jira project together with all the important metadata and screenshots.
