Some conversations are faster on the phone. Connecting Aircall means the call starts from the contact's page in Gleap, and what came out of it stays with the contact rather than in someone's memory.
Add Aircall from Integrations and authorize your Aircall account. There's no destination or ticket-type configuration — it's connected or it isn't.
A Calls tab appears on the contact, with the option to call them. It hands off to the Aircall desktop app, which has to be installed and running — if nothing happens after a couple of seconds, Gleap says so rather than leaving you waiting.
The contact needs a phone number on their record. No number, no call button that can do anything.
The same tab keeps notes about calls with this person. Write down what was agreed while it's fresh: a phone call is the one channel with no transcript by default, and “we discussed it on a call” is worth nothing to whoever picks the account up next.
Call activity flows back into Gleap, so the history sits with the contact alongside their messages — one timeline for the account rather than two systems to check.
