An agent that decides things needs a paper trail. Activity, under Feedback portal → Kai PM, is Kai PM's: every decision, merge and meaningful score change, newest first, with the request it concerns.
Only what Kai did. Your team's own status changes, merges and releases are in each request's timeline and the audit log, not here; mixing them would bury the part you can't see anywhere else.
Filter with the chips:
Decisions: requests Kai accepted, declined or merged, with its reason; requests closed as already existing; requests released from a hold.
Scores: a score moving by five or more points because of votes or revenue, a request going stalled, a request becoming a quick win.
Votes: a spike in votes on one request, an upvote from a high-value account, and on small boards every single vote.
Shipped: requests that reached your released lane.

The badge on the Activity item in the sidebar is the number of entries you haven't seen. Hovering a row long enough to read it marks it read; Mark all as read clears the rest. Read state is per person.
Quiet score drifts under five points, and the routine noise of scoring itself (every judge run, every clarifying question asked and answered). If you want the full history of one request, open it; its timeline has everything, including what Kai asked the customer.
