Azure DevOps integration

Have your Gleap tickets automatically shipped to your Azure DevOps account. Thereby streamline your bug reporting process and customer support all at once.

Before Gleap can integrate with your Azure DevOps projects, you will need to ensure you have allowed third-party application access in your organization policies.

Authorize third-party application access in Azure DevOps

  • In your Azure DevOps dashboard, go to your Organization settings.

  • Go to Security > Policies and turn on third-party application access via OAuth.

  • Great job! You will now be able to connect Azure DevOps with Gleap.

Integrate Azure DevOps with Gleap

Open your desired Gleap project and click on Integrations > Add new integration.

Now select Azure DevOps.

After connecting to Azure DevOps, select your organization & project, name the integration and hit save.

That's it! 🚀 Congrats on integrating into Azure DevOps.
