Steady is the platform that independent publications use to run their memberships and take payments — so if a publication you support charges you through Steady, or you want to log in, manage or cancel a membership, you’re in the right place.
Log in to your Steady account and open My Memberships. From there you can:
see which publication is charging you, and when;
update your payment method;
find and download your invoices;
cancel a membership.
How to log in and manage your account
Charged by Steady and don’t recognise it? A payment from Steady is a membership with a publication you support — Steady handles the payment on their behalf, which is why our name is on your statement. Logging in shows you exactly which one. If you still can’t place it, email [email protected] and we’ll help you identify it.
Can’t log in? You don’t need a password — enter your email on the login page and we’ll send you a 6-digit login code. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder for “Steady”. Still stuck? Email [email protected].
Becoming a member means paying a recurring amount to a publication you value. In return you get benefits like exclusive content, a look behind the scenes or early access, depending on the publication.
